To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned to us in the original condition received and meet the following criteria
Items must not be worn/used, altered, or washed
Items must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging
Bulky items (rugs) will incur a 20% restocking fee. All costs associated in returning the goods will be at the purchasers expense.
Special order items and custom made orders are not refundable unless deemed faulty.
Hunting for George reserves the right to deny a refund or credit if the goods are not returned in the specified condition.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable for change of mind.
Returns will not be accepted after 14 days unless deemed faulty.
I want to return an item, what should I do?
Send an email to our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of purchase and we will send you a Returns Form to fill in and return to us via email. Be sure to let us know if you would prefer a credit note, refund or exchange - please refer to our return policy above.
Help! I received a gift from Hunting for George that just ain't my thing
A little awkward but don't worry, we’ve got your back.
An item that was received as a gift can be returned for store credit. Please contact our customer service at email@example.com to arrange and be sure to include the order number or name the order was placed under. Refunds are not available for gift returns.
What if the product breaks, is faulty, or is not what I ordered?
We make sure to pack and check all products with care but unfortunately these things happen. In this case, we're happy to provide a refund, replacement or store credit, inclusive of postage costs. Please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order, so that we can make the necessary arrangements. The quicker you can let us know of any issues, the better chance we have to replace the item. Alternatively, a refund or credit will be issued.
How do I get the product back to you?
Once we receive your Returns Form and confirm your return, you will receive a Reply Paid label* via email. Simply print out the label, attach to the front of the parcel and drop it into your nearest post box. Items must be received back in the original packaging to be eligible for a return. Please take note of your tracking number as we do not accept responsibility for goods lost by mail. * Free return shipping does not apply to International orders or selected oversized items.

Do I pay for return shipping? When you send an item back using the Reply Paid label we cover the costs*. If you need an exchange, we will also send your exchange item back to you free of charge*. Items must be received within 14 days to be eligible for free return shipping.
*Excludes International orders or selected oversized items. If you are unsure if your item is considered to be oversized please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org. Free return shipping is valid for one exchange only. Hunting for George reserves the right to deny a refund or credit if the product is returned in poor condition/broken due to improper packaging for transit back to us
Have you received my returned item? You will receive an email once your item has been received but please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns. Again, we strongly recommend noting your tracking number from Australia Post as we do not accept responsibility for goods lost by mail.
When will my return be processed? We will aim to process your exchange, credit note or refund within 1-3 working day of receiving the returned product*. Once it has been processed you will receive an email notification. Please allow 2-5 working days for any refund(s) to show in your bank account. *We do not offer any exchanges, credit notes or refunds on used, damaged or lost products.
