What happens if I want to order something that is out of stock?
Shoot us an email and ask us nicely – we may be able to order more stock for you. We will always try our best to help you out. That’s just how we roll.
 
How are my goodies sent and when will they be in my hot little hands?
HFG will post your items with Australia Post. Our Standard Domestic service delivers within 2-5 days, Express Domestic is 1-2 days and International post is 3-10 days. We will notify you when we receive your order and again when it has been sent. You are more than welcome to contact us anytime with any delivery queries.
 
Do you guys gift wrap?
Does Dolly Parton sleep on her back? Plus we can even write your personalised message in one of our gorgeous gift cards and send it straight to the lucky person. Just be sure to write your instructions in the 'special comments' section at the checkout.
 
How much will it cost me in postage?
Shipping is FREE for all orders over $100 within Australia and New Zealand. Otherwise our standard domestic (Aus + NZ) post is $10, express domestic (Aus + NZ) post is $20 and international post $25.
 
What payment methods do you use and is it safe?
HFG accepts Visa and Mastercard and uses the eWAY payment Gateway for our credit card transactions. This means we have the highest security policy to guarantee your credit card details are kept safe and will not fall into the hands of a Nigerian gang on a mission for porn and cheap Viagra! We also offer payment via PayPal.
 
Where do you stand on exchanges or refunds?
We totally understand there may be the need to exchange an item, particularly if the sizing of clothing is wrong. Check out our Refund and Return Policy below for more information on how to return your product(s).
 
What happens if my items arrive damaged or faulty?
HFG check every purchase before sending it out to you. However in the unlikely event of your item getting damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we will supply you with a reply paid address to send it back and we will send you a replacement. Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy below.
 
Will my rash clear?
You should probably go see a doctor.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

If you receive any products that you are unhappy with, simply send us an email, return the item to us within the timeframe below, in the original condition you received it (with tags attached) and we will notify you if you are eligible for an exchange, credit note or refund. We will also ship your exchange request back to you for free!

EXCHANGES are available on all products incl. sale items (14 days from date of purchase) 
CREDIT NOTES are available on all products incl. sale items (14 days from date of purchase)
REFUNDS are available on all products EXCLUDING sale items (14 days from date of purchase)
Unfortunately we can’t refund sale items, but we’ll gladly exchange them or issue you with a credit note.

 I want to return an item. What should I do? 
Firstly please send an email to sales@huntingforgeorge.com  Include your invoice number and product name. Explain the reason for wanting to return the item and let us know if you would prefer an exchange, credit note or refund.  

How do I get the product back to you?
Simply return the item at your nearest Australia Post Office. Apply the pre-addressed reply paid sticker included with your order. Or address to REPLY PAID PO BOX 3210 PRAHRAN EAST VICTORIA 3181
We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items. We only exchange or refund goods that are returned in their original condition.

Do I pay for my return shipping?
Nup. When you send an item back to our ‘reply paid’ address we cover the costs. We’ll also happily send your exchange item back to you for free as well!

Has my return been received? 
Please allow 3-5 working days from your date of delivery. We will send you an email once it has been received, but feel free to contact us if you have any concerns. Again, we strongly recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items. 

When will my exchange/credit not/refund be processed?
We will aim to process your exchange, credit note or refund within 1 working day of receiving the returned product. We will send you an email once it has been processed, but please allow about 3-5 working days for any refund(s) to show in your account due to bank processing time.
